Michael W. Adams, of counsel to the firm, is Board Certified in Commercial Real Estate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, and is AV peer-review rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
Michael’s practice specializes in real estate law and covers real estate purchase and sale transactions involving commercial property and ranch or recreational property, lease agreements for landlords and tenants, real estate loan transactions, and the development of real property. Michael has extensive experience in the review, negotiation and drafting of real estate purchase contracts (earnest money contracts), leases, and loan agreements and related documents, and also has drafted countless documents for simpler transactions such as home sales and property gifts among
family members.
He also has extensive experience in forming and administering various entities involved in real estate ownership and investment, such as LLCs and partnerships, as well as commercial agreements and transactions of all types, including the purchase of sale of businesses whether owning real estate or otherwise.
