Cody Schlegel is an associate attorney with Nance & Simpson, LLP, primarily supporting the firm’s M&A, real estate, and business formation and transactions practices. Having experience as both a private practice attorney and as in-house counsel, Cody has represented clients ranging from individuals and closely held family businesses to Fortune 500 companies across several industries. He utilizes this experience to provide the same level of care, guidance, and representation to each of his clients, regardless of their size or sophistication, with a focus on their interests and goals from both a legal and a business perspective.
Cody is a native Houstonian, returning to practice law in Texas after having received his undergraduate degree from The University of Oklahoma, and his JD and MBA degrees from The University of Tulsa.
