Brian G. Tees is an associate with the firm, and he concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning, probate, and business law. He is Board Certified in estate planning and probate law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
Brian received his Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Texas A&M University where he graduated cum laude. Prior to law school, he spent five years as a Producer at CNN Sports in Atlanta. Brian received his law degree (J.D.) from The University of Texas School of Law, and his Master of Laws degree (LL.M.—Taxation) from the University of Houston Law Center. Before joining the firm, he worked as a Legal Editor at Jones McClure Publishing, which publishes the O’Connor’s series of legal practitioner’s guides.
Brian teaches a course on Estate Planning at the Glasscock School at Rice University.
